*Workshop and Tutorial participants must also register for at least one day of the conference.
**Workshop participants must (in most cases) have an accepted position paper, see each workshop for details.

**** To be eligible for Student Registration you must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree course at an accredited institution.

The Main Conference registration fee includes:

  • Full access to the sessions on October 25th-27th, including keynotes
  • Conference lunches and coffees/refreshments during the breaks
  • Get Together event on Monday, October 24
  • Reception on Tuesday, October 25
  • Conference Dinner on Wednesday, October 26

Method of payment

All payments should be made in Swedish Crowns (SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Payment can be made by the following methods:

  • Credit card
    Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden MEETX AB on your credit card statement.
  • Invoice
    Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number

VAT

Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country. For questions regarding VAT-refund, please contact Swedish tax office at email: stockholm@skatteverket.se

Cancellation of registration:
Until 23 Sep 2016, cancellation is possible and you will get full refund on the registration minus an administrative cost of SEK 500. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 23 Sep, 2016

If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation towards an administrative changing fee of SEK 250. Please inform Sweden MEETX in writing to E-mail: nordichi@meetx.se  as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred to in order to be able to print the correct name on the badge and also on the rooming list to the hotel.

Cancellation of hotel rooms:

When the reservation is confirmed, either written or verbally, until 8 weeks before arrival, no charge will be taken if reservation is cancelled

From 8 to 6 weeks before arrival – 50%  of the total cost of the reservation will be charged if cancelled.

From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival – 80% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged if cancelled.

We regret that no cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival will be refunded.

Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within above deadline is to be counted as cancellation. Changes and/or cancellations has to be made directly to Sweden MEETX AB and not to the hotel.
